These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of fordartlimited.com (the "Site"), operated by FordartLimited 合同会社 ("the Company"). These Terms apply to all users of the Site. By using the Site, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs, source code, etc.) and associated intellectual property rights belong to the Company or its rightful owners. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or distribute the Site's content without prior written permission from the Company.

The Company may modify these Terms without prior notice when deemed necessary. Modified Terms take effect upon posting on the Site.

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
• Any disputes related to the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Numazu Branch of the Shizuoka District Court for the first instance.
